So, if earning money online is so easy, how come the world isn’t full of internet millionaires?

Probably the biggest reason is that many people give up too soon; some people are baffled by the internet marketing environment and give up at the first obstacle because they don’t realise how much help is available online.

Another reason is that people get involved in the wrong program and are afraid to try another one, or just don’t believe anything will enable them to make money online and they don’t think it is worth trying anything else.

The third reason is also the answer to the other question:

While earning $300 or $400 extra cash every month is pretty easy, many people find it very difficult to increase their monthly profit once they get to the $300 – $400 level.

When earning $300 is easy, why is it that earning $600 a month is hard for so many people?

– It is simply that they hit the “empty well” syndrome and take the hard way out.

There is only so much you can expect from a website running on autopilot and depending upon free traffic. Once you reach the natural level for organic traffic, it will stay pretty constant.

The only way to increase your website visitor numbers will be to do some more work (for instance writing articles or building links) and/or use paid advertising methods such as using Google adwords or paying for classified ads on other websites. If you don’t get the advertising spot on, you can easily find yourself making a loss instead of a profit.

There is an easy way out of the well.

You simply lower a bucket into another free well: you set up another niche website on a different topic that will also earn you $300 or so a month on autopilot.

Setting up 10 niche websites will cost $200 a year give or take and, if each one only achieves $300 a month profit (and this is a realistically achievable figure), your net income will be a little under $36,000 a year.
