Secrets For Rapid Article Writing
Successful article marketing relies upon you having numerous articles published online. If you are new to affiliate article marketing, I don’t want to scare you off, but most article marketers don’t think in terms of single articles, they think in batches; for some reason batches of 10 seem to be popular. Some marketers keep up an endless flow of articles online by hiring a ghost writer, but this is an expensive thing to do if you want good articles. So, if you can’t afford a ghost writer, what can you do? The answer is you can learn to write faster.
I am going to reveal a system for article speedwriting that is not quite instant but will feel like it if you are currently struggling with the article writing process, and taking half an hour or more to write a single article. If you practice the following steps, you can realistically expect to turn out three or four articles in an hour easily.
1. Research.
Do all the research (including keyword research) you need before you start writing. If you are familiar with the topic, your research can take the form of reading articles online to get ideas. Reading what other people have already published is one of the best ways of getting inspiration. You will be writing articles on one theme, so don’t allow yourself to be sidetracked, stick closely to your chosen topic. Make notes as you do your research.
2. Plan.
Make a rough plan for an article; you should have 3-5 points for an article of about 300 – 400 words and you don’t need to make your article any longer than that. I suggest setting yourself a target of 300 words as a starting point. You can use the notes as sub headers for the article if you wish, but you don’t have to if sub headings are unnecessary or inappropriate for the style of article you intend to write.
3. Focus and write.
Write in a quick burst and aim to finish within 15 minutes. Don’t make excuses to put off typing the first word. If you think of a phrase that would fit in the middle of an article rather than the introduction, type it anyway – you can cut and paste it when the article starts to take form. Start writing your article, write as fast as you can and don’t stop writing until you get to 300 words. Don’t worry if your article seems a bit rough, you can edit and polish it up later; just stay focussed on writing.
Don’t worry about the title or resource box at this stage, they can be done later when you are proofreading and editing; increasing article writing speed is all you should be working on.
