Many people who decide to do affiliate article marketing come to an abrupt halt when it dawns on them just how much writing they will need to do in order to make a success of their internet marketing business. Most internet marketers haven’t written an article or done any sort of creative writing since they were at school, so it’s not surprising that they get into a spin (no pun intended!) when they realise the volume of work they will need to produce to get an income flowing.
The biggest issue that causes anxiety to budding article marketers is the number of articles they will need to write. Here are three things that will speed up the writing process.
1. Don’t give up.
It is quite likely that your first article will take you ages to write, and you won’t be happy with the finished product anyway. If you think about the amount of time and mental energy you just wasted on writing an article that is not all that brilliant, you will more than likely start to wonder if anyone really can make money out of article writing. I can promise you from personal experience that writing your next article will be much faster, the one after that will be faster still, and so on.
2. Research.
Do whatever research you need before you attempt to start writing an article. If you approach the task without being fully prepared, it will seem harder and take longer. Breaking off in the middle of writing an article to check data will slow you down and can also make your writing disjointed. Do all your research first, make what notes your feel necessary and have them to hand when you start writing.
3. Keep to one topic
Write articles in batches about one topic. If you are working in several different niches, don’t write single articles here and there; writing six articles about one subject is much faster than writing six articles about six different topics.
